PENGARUH ANTUSIASME NASABAH TERHADAP PERKEMBANGAN PERBANKAN SYARIAH
This research is a field research or by researching data from field activities. The research
data collection techniques are in the form of field studies and literature studies. Field
studies include direct observation with bank customers in the form of interviews and
questionnaires. Literature study conducted by documenting documents and literature
relating to research material. The purpose of this study is to determine customer
enthusiasm for the development of Islamic banking and to find out the efforts made to
attract customers.The method used in this study was carried out using a quantitative
descriptive approach that was applied to 50 respondents with their sampling technique
using incidental sampling techniques whose sampling technique was based on
coincidence ie anyone who accidentally or incidentally met with the researcher. For this
reason, statistical testing is done. The statistical tests used are validity and reliability
tests. The software used in analyzing data is SPSS 18.0 for windows. In this study, there
are 2 variables studied, including the independent variable or called predictor namely
Customer Enthusiasm (X) and the dependent variable, namely Islamic Banking (Y). Based
on the results of the analysis of the statistical data obtained shows that: The Influence of
Customer Enthusiasm on the Development of Sharia Banking obtained significant results.
This is indicated by the calculated r value greater than r table and the results of the
correlation of 0.994 means that the correlation is very strong. Thus it can be interpreted
that the influence of customer enthusiasm on the development of Islamic banking in PT.
Bank BRI Syariah KCP Soreang is high.
