emotionally and spiritually. The reality in the world of education in public schools shows
that the orientation of education is focused on intellectual intelligence. While emotional
and spiritual intelligence which is a source of strength in controlling students from doing
something that violates the rules as if marginalized. As a result, deviant behavior has
mushroomed and is considered normal because education and the environment do allow
it. Various complex educational problems especially related to morals and morals made
the writer intrigued to conduct research on the cultivation of basic values of Sufism
(morals) as controlling deviant behavior through personality guidance at SDN Cibodas
02 Kutawaringin Bandung Regency. The method used in the assessment of problems is
through a qualitative approach. Data was collected through observation techniques,
interviews, field notes, documentation and triangulation. Then the data collected is
analyzed using data reduction techniques, data models and drawing conclusions. The
results showed that: (1) Planting the basic values of Sufism that have been conveyed by
teachers in the learning process have not been able to provide a major influence on
changes in attitudes, traits or deviant behavior of students due to the lack of teacher
pressure on changes in morals and tend to put more emphasis on mastery of aspects
cognitive and lack of attention and supervision of parents in activities carried out by
children outside of school. (2) The forms of deviant behavior done by students are so
complex, namely behaving badly to parents or teachers, cheating, wandering around the
night, skipping school, fighting, bullying, dating, brawling, smoking, watching
fornography, stealing, gangs-gang, illegal racing, logging and consuming illegal drugs.
(3) The number of deviant behaviors in students is influenced by factors originating from
urban influences, lifestyles, friendships, families, mass media and social media.
